Senior Pastors: Kyle and Rachel Chahanovich
Pastors and Church Planters through Banner of Love Ministries. Together they are senior pastors of the Irish Banner of Love Churches in Wicklow & Arklow.
Originally from the Hudson Valley, New York, Kyle & Rachel spent 7 years receiving their training and ordination under PJ & Kathy Hanley of Banner of Love Ministries. In that time they served as Associate Pastors, Youth Leaders, and Worship Ministers.
Together, they have a passion for teaching, worship, writing, prophecy, and healing ministry. Their message focuses on equipping the bride for the soon return of Jesus Christ, the healing of the Jewish people, and the restoration of Israel.
In July 2012 — Kyle & Rachel along with their three children, left the States to plant their first church in Wicklow, Ireland. Together they pastor Banner of Love Church, Wicklow.
In February 2022 — Kyle & Rachel started a second church in Arklow, Co. Wicklow. Banner of Love, Arklow is a sister church of the one in Wicklow. The new church meets in The Upper Room – Abbey Lane, Arklow.
Associate Pastors: Trevor & Monika O’Neill
Trevor & Monika have faithfully served in the Wicklow church for many years.
In 2021 they moved to Arklow, and later helped Kyle & Rachel Chahanovich establish Banner of Love Church, Arklow in 2022.
In January 2025, the O’Neills were made associate pastors of the local Banner of Love Church here in Arklow.
They were both trained and equipped for ministry through the local Irish Banner of Love Ministries’ School of the Bible.
Together, they serve in pastoral roles, teaching, preaching, prayer ministry, helps, and administration.
Trevor is originally from Dublin, and Monika is from Poland. They met and were married in 2020, and together have a son, Jeremiah.
